Egypt's friendly games against Japan serves as a rehearsal for Egypt 2021 opening

Chairman of the Local Organising Committee of the 27th edition of the Men's Handball World Championship Hisham Nasr said that the LOC is planning to run a real live rehearsals during the two friendly games between the Egyptian and the Japanese teams.

"The two friendly games will serve as rehearsals for the later opening match between Egypt and Chile when the Egypt 2021 throws-off on 13 January", Nasr, President of the Egyptian Handball Federation said.

The Pharaohs are scheduled to face Japan in two friendly matches to be held on 5 and 7 January.

" The LOC is working on trying everything in details during those friendly matches. We don't want to leave anything out or to the circumstances."

" We will go through the whole experience in details, a live and real rehearsal of the opening match, including also the entrance and exit of fans, the organisation and the halls' facilities". Nasr explained.

On the same level, Head of the Volunteers Commission met with the TLOs assigned to the Japanese team, scheduled to arrive on Friday.

According to Abu El Enin, the Japanese team TLOs will go through a PCR test in preparation to getting ready to receive the Japanese team and join the Bubble Zone.

Abu El Enin concluded that the commission continues holding regular meetings with all TLOs assigned for the 32 participating teams.
